Hometown is Kandy, Sri Lanka, spent his career as a teacher in local schools. Since childhood practiced painting as a hobby, and He says his whole artistic career so far has been a journey of experimentation. His innovative work, especially in watercolor, is popular at the gallery. Contributed to the monthly exhibition held in KANDY CITY CENTER by Sri Lanka Art Educationists Association, and also participated in Kin ALA POLA annual open-air art fair, which has been held annually under the patronage of The George Keyt foundation in association with John Keells Foundation. Paintings are done in all media, but are specialized in watercolor. His landscape paintings are appreciated by foreign art lovers as well as locals.
